Yes, but repeating that list in a file maintained by hand is useless x 2.

I don't think we need files with nothing a but a wiki link in them, so I would delete any RELEASE-NOTES files and just include links in the READMEs.

I have no objection to that, but any OpenSAML notes are really up to Brent, and the rest of the libraries are just not a core deliverable of the project. All I really care about is the IdP and getting it documented.
