Upgrading IdPv3

Hi Devs,

I am presently updating the InCommon Shibboleth Training materials for v3
and was wondering what the general plan is for when 3.0.0++ is released as
far as upgrades go?  Is it safe to assume I can say:

1) Download zipfile
2) Unzip
3) Run install.sh
4) Restart Container

or are we expecting there to be some other steps involved in an in-place
upgrade?
