StorageService Documentation

I'm looking around the v3 docs trying to find the best place for
MemcachedStorageService documentation. I don't see any page that discusses
storage generally, and my inclination is to create a new page for
StorageService configuration that describes at a minimum JPAStorageService
and MemcachedStorageService. I would like to list the page under the
Configuration Overviews section of
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/IDP30/Configuration. Sound
reasonable? Other suggestions?
