extensions/* sub-repositories have graduated to Git

Conversion of all the sub-repositories in the Subversion "extensions" repository has been completed.

The corresponding new Git repositories are as follows:

	cpp-sp-ext
	cpp-sp-resolver
	java-idp-delegation
	java-idp-security-config

All of these are available through the usual anonymous and authenticated access methods, and are visible in gitweb.

The Subversion "extensions" repository is now unavailable.

Note: the "extensions" repository contained a number of projects which have not been converted to Git. See this page for details:

Anyone needing these sources can acquire a copy of the final svn repository dump.
