A note from today's dev call; cutting IdP 3.2.1

TL;DR Nothing to see here; cutting bug-fix release 3.2.1 tomorrow-ish.

As discussed on today’s dev call, we’ve decided to cut a patch release to fix a couple of bugs plus a regression.

Traditionally, this time of the year can be a quiet/read-only week for a dev list like this, so I’ll send this note and take further work to Jira[1].

The release notes need to be collected, but the fixes are basically : (1) a regression affecting non-embedded Windows installs, (2) an SLO browser-specific bug, and (3) weirdness when configuring the order in which attributes are displayed on the consent UI.
