Spring Framework 4.2.4

I note that Spring 4.2.4 is out. I looked through the release notes, and the only thing which looks like it might affect us is some string to duration conversions, presumably for XML configuration. I don't know whether that might interact with our own converter, but I think the latter is a string->long integer gated by an annotation, so probably not.
