Authentication plugin for Shibboleth IDP 3

Hi

I am developing an authentication plugin for shibboleth IDP 3.2 , to support strong authentication for shibboleth IDP 3.

But I could not find the documentation in wiki.
The “Developing Authentication Extension” is not published on wiki, though it is listed in list of guides.

Can someone provide this guide or some documentation on this.
