Well, I've started to document an extended example in the wiki [1] but
I'm not sure how to trim the namespaces so feel free to edit what's
there.

Btw, if you think this is worth standardizing at the REFEDS level,
chime in with +1 in the REFEDS wiki [2] where I called this the
"REFEDS Attribute Registry" for lack of a better word.
