OPENSAML xmltooling error

[Lueders, Paul T CTR (US)]

Scott in a previous email you mentioned incorrect versions.  I am using xml-security-c-1.7.3, xmltooling-1.5.4 and opensaml-2.5.4.  These versions should be compatible with each other correct?
