OPENSAML xmltooling error

I am installing everything in /opt/shibboleth-sp  will that be an issue?

Generally those errors are a sign you have a mixed build with different versions of the other libraries in play. Your xml-security build isn't right or doesn't match how xmltooling was built in some way. There are probably some pre-installed versions of something or other getting in the mix.
