I'm glad you got wildcards working. I've reviewed the issue and the
related commits and I don't see a problem with a /profile prefix on
all flow URLs generally.

The context path before the CAS protocol URIs is irrelevant, so it
should work fine. Moreover, my CAS demo works fine with the latest IdP
artifacts after I updated the URLs to include the /profile prefix.
