Oh, another big reason, and why I think I'm no longer even debating this
question, we can reload the conditions without a restart via
relying-party.xml but not otherwise.

So, yeah, I'll wire this up as part of getting familiar with Tom's stuff.
It's not invasive.

Marvin, as long as the CAS profile config inherits from the
AuthenticationProfileConfiguration
interface, which it should anyway, you're good.
