Alpha 3.0 IDP metadata

Hi, it looks like there’s been some work on an installer in the latest snapshot, though it’s not completely clear to me how to run it.

Is there any information about how to set up the IDP metadata in Alpha 3 IDP?  I tried copying over the IDP metadata from Shib 2 (same server and port) to the metadata directory.  But when I try testing against sp.testshib.org, I get an error message saying that the metadata can’t be found.
