LDAP Authentication and LDAP Attributes

This is done coding-wise, we just have to create whatever new properties
you want. I put the LDAP ones in ldap.properties and renamed them (myLDAP
-> LDAP). Dunno if we want to assume a single LDAP for both attributes and
authn or what the complexity there might be. Since we can do substitution
in the properties, I think, we could default some authentication related
ones to the attribute versions I guess.

I also pulled out the service reloading settings since those are naturally
associated.

Might be worth pulling out the credential related ones. Open to
suggestions.
