Installer status

Rod, do you want to create an issue for tracking installer feedback, or
use the list, or...?

I figured one issue might be simpler than creating a ton of little ones
and just add to it and use it to track what's fixed with a TODO list in
the comments or something.

I can also probably fix some of the easy stuff if you want just to get a
little familiar with stuff.

Anyway, three quick feedback items:

- ant.sh looks like it's got DOS/Windows line-endings

- I think we need to default the install to /opt/shibboleth-idp because
otherwise every upgrade will go "accidentally fresh install, get confused,
redo by specifying the old path"

- I think the default entityID is reordered from the old defaults, we used
to use idp/shibboleth I think, and it's using shibboleth/idp now. I don't
think either is materially better, so staying consistent is probably a
better choice.
