Thank you, I've added this to SSPCPP-606.

I found that hard to believe since they included it before. Removing a 
package like that is pretty unusual. I assumed it was something to do with 
licensing issues again like the Red Hat build failure. You have an actual 
licensed copy of 12 that doesn't include it?

It's very important to know because my mistake in building my own on RH6 
was a major problem.
