Okay.

I asked because I'm working on the secondary index for (consent)
storage records, and as one of the use cases for the secondary index
is consent management, I hacked a management page but quickly realized
not all the authn pieces were in place. If those authn pieces were a
non-starter then I'd revisit the "privacy settings page", but it looks
like they will be later.
