So the upshot is:

- We want to roll back to 3.0
- That may trigger a bug somewhere in the integration tests with the newer
Jetty version, and we'll just have to address that separately.

Tom, can you do the roll back today, before I have to get my Eclipse copy
working with 3.1? I was in transit and things are somewhat in a messy
state because of me pulling some changes but then losing connectivity.
