Thanks Tom,

I'll run through this today/tomorrow on a windows box and see if we need to
make any notes for the windows side.  My guess is that for this release we
will not need to hand hold and the user can be assumed to interpolate and
(for example) to understand that when you say "tar" they need to get the zip
file and unzip it.
