There seems to be an issue with how it's selecting the key encryption key;
Brent, do I have to manually supply a UsageCriterion into the
EncryptionParameterResolver so that it passes that along to the
MetadataCredentialResolver? I don't see anything doing that for me but I
could have missed it. I added it to see if that corrects the problem.
