Such as the trust connector?

I'm wondering if we should just include that kind of thing in
idp-distribution somewhere for whatever odds and ends we have to include.
One less package to deal with.

Later on, we obviously want to run some kind of install or upgrade script
from idp-distribution that can over-write a V2 install. But I think this
is ok for now.
