Just noting that the JSPs currently in idp-war were copied from v2. I
did not think that v3 would provide the /profile/Metadata/SAML
endpoint anymore, so not sure what the entityID URL (e.g.
https://idp.example.org/idp/shibboleth) should resolve to.
