[patch] move X509Util.java to newer bouncycastle API

Hi,

Bouncycastle changed their API a little between earlier versions and 1.47:

Debian contains a newer bouncycastle library, so I wrote the attached
minimal patch to make X509Util.java work with the newer API. I thought
it might be useful to be able to keep up with bouncycastle.
