FYI

I just noticed that it wedged during or just before last night's builds.  I
think that I have unstuck it but FYI there was no nightly compile last night
and so maven will not be 100% up to date.

If it were earlier in the day (< 9am ECT) I'd just provoke the build now,
but that might get in people's way so I'll leave it to someone in that
timezone to do it if they need to.
