I don't think any of the Windows weirdness is crucial to bottom out right now. Tom and I just chatted, and he's going to tag the IdP tomorrow morning. I'd suggest signing it and putting it in /downloads/identity-provider/3.0.0-alpha1 to give it a bit of officialness.

I included a note in the alpha install page about downloading the latest snapshot if desired, so once bugs are found and fixed, people could run newer builds to validate fixes.

I'm off, as I said, but I'll be online and I can update the web site with a news item once we're done.

Tom, if you want to send something to announce that's fine, or I can.
