Do OpenSAML as a beta?

Given that there's several things outstanding that will likely result in
API changes and/or additions, I think I'd go with alpha personally.

Since we don't know how many alphas/betas we will have yet, I also think
initially it would be less confusing for us and others to have idp
alpha-1 go with opensaml alpha-1, etc, and keep them in lock step until
such time as we really have to diverge.
