Install docs for alpha into wiki?

Ok, I have something started here:

I'll turn it over to you. What I'm shooting for is roughly:

1. Here's how to get the IdP unpacked and what's in it (referring back to
the tree I mapped out on the front page).

2. How to run with your own container

3. Jetty stuff

I thought we should steer people toward using /opt/shibboleth-idp because
that eliminates the idp.home requirement, and is more like the final
result will be.
