Yes, it handled that automatically without any trouble. I'm drafting some
install docs now.

I'm actually wondering now, seeing how this looks, if we won't just want
to ship a jetty-base tree in the final version. That seems to be a quick
and dirty way of "bundling Jetty" without really bundling it, and we can
still treat it as officially just examples.

I didn't really grasp how Jetty worked in 8+ because I've only been using
7 until recently.
