Really it's just the config.  But I don't to have to worry about AuthN and I
would like to do some programmatic testing of the end state.

Yea, I sort of came to the conclusion that that was what I needed to do.  I
was just hoping that there might be a way to short cut writing all the
flows, not least b/c the flow I write may have steps which are not in the
release flows, but also to cut down typing.
