Or following up what Brent just said, do we really even need to inject
anything but idp.home directly? We could just use
${idp.home}/logs/whatever in the logback file.

I don't think there's much value in externalizing other logback config
settings, it's just one file sitting right in the same spot as
idp.properties anyway.
