Thanks, I'll do some more testing.

One thing I guess we need to note is that the distribution comes with the
war packed, so instead of "change whatever you need to change and run
installer to pack", it's "unpack if you want to change anything", for now
at least.

I think what we want for final release is to build a distribution with the
unpacked tree in the archive, and have a script to pack it, essentially
like Atlassian does (and yes, I threw up a little typing that).
