*We* did that :-) and yes you can specify them in a query (as Rod
suggests). I'm definitely misunderstanding what you mean since
<RequestedAttribute/> is needed for elements of type
query:AttributeQueryDescriptorType for the same reason we find them in
<md:SPSSODescriptor> elements.
