Note that you can volunteer basic-auth credentials and it will bypass the
form (that's what the ECP support relies on).

There's no flow anymore for basic-auth in its own right, I just
implemented the password-based webflow to include extraction of basic-auth
credentials as a pre-step.

I probably need to make that something we can turn off with a setting
since some sites won't like that.
