shibsp1_5D.dll is missing

Using the SP 2.5.0, 2.5.1, 2.5.2, 2.5.3 on Windows 2008r2 64 bit

When starting the debug executable C:\opt\shibboleth-sp\sbin\debug\shibd.exe I get the error that the shibsp1_5D.dll is missing. The dll is nowhere to be found on the file system. It is not in the installation package.

In older version 2.4.X shibsp1_4D.dll was included

Where can I get the the shibsp1_5D.dll file
