Rhino, Nashorn IdPV2 and Scripting

I have done a brief write-up of the issues in converting a V2 IdP to Java
1.8 and put it here:

The workaround wasn't quite as easy as I had hoped because of some
restrictions of the schema, but I have tested the example.

Comments are welcome.  Committers should have write access to the note so
feel free to dive in and make changes there.  Non-committers should have
read access and can respond here or by email.

When I get home this weekend I'll check the sources of the integration jar
and then rebuild and sign the jars and put them somewhere on the downloads.
I'll need someone to check that I have done the correct thing about
licensing before we make them (and hence this document) public.
