Confirm next version numbers for java-support and spring-extensions ?

Could someone please confirm the next version numbers for java-support
as 4.0.0 and spring-extensions as 1.3.0 ?

I was thinking java-support was a minor version bump from 3.0.0 to
3.1.0, but actually I think it should be 4.0.0 since we changed some
method modifiers, we removed synchronized and deprecated some methods.
So, I am looking for confirmation that the next version of
java-support should be 4.0.0, correct ?

For spring-extensions, I was thinking a minor version bump from 1.2.0
to 1.3.0 because we added but did not remove anything.

As an aside, having proper release notes would help me here, I was
thinking we could talk about that on the next dev call.
