Running tests on Windows via Jenkins ?

Internet2 didn't offer anything yet, but Windows Server 2012 (and R2) are available on AWS.  There's also Windows Azure.

I have no visibility on how hard or easy Jenkins is, but I do know that Xen is used for AWS and it can do some pretty neat things.
