I'll do my best to avoid a requirement to edit anything under system,
but I don't see a way to accomplish many-to-one mappings other than
via config. The c14n flows in webflow-config.xml do exactly what I
need to do, if that helps clarify my requirement.

Sorry, I knew that. Feel free to ignore me until you get back. I'm in
no rush on packaging and installation.
