I'll need to research what Spring supports (but I suspect nothing). We took
the FilebackedHttpResource out from V2 because we (I) couldn't see the use
case, and you've just found it.
I suspect that this can be brought forward, but configuration might be
unpleasant (along the lines of the SVN resource example).
