And I forgot we asked Daniel to look at porting the ant tool until I was
already half done with it.

Tool should be usable provided we have a classpath to give it, I added
some likely commands to use to the issue. I tested PKCS12 support and
that's working, and I added code to prevent it from overwriting files by
accident.

And I think I may have fixed Velocity to handle this (see bug), but we
need to test with the old idp.home value.

I'm on vacation again so I don't lose it, but I'll be around sometime
tomorrow after I wake up and I can make a call Friday.
