Glad to have the confirmation.  I'm able to run 25000 logins with 0 errors at about 90 TPS with the two settings you were concerned about.

I'll stop the environment now, but it's ready in 60 seconds any time you want to test anything else.  It's easy to pull fresh builds too.  Just send a ping.
