Change IdPv3 "Fix Version" to "3.0.0-alpha1" in JIRA ?

I think I should change the "Fix Version" of the 221 Fixed and
Completed JIRA issues for IdPv3 from "3.0.0" to "3.0.0-alpha1", so
that we can track changes for the release notes.

It looks like there are two ways to do this in JIRA : (1) rename
version "3.0.0" to "3.0.0-alpha1" and (2) bulk re-open the 221 issues,
bulk change the fix version, and bulk close the issues. If we want to
do this, I think renaming version "3.0.0" to "3.0.0-alpha1" is
probably the least work, but it will change all issues and not just
the fixed and completed issues, which seems fine.

Sound okay ?

If we don't change the fix version and leave it at 3.0.0, then it will
be harder to see what changed between alphas, but maybe that is not
important.
