Java Profiling

Devs,

I'll bring the load test environment back online but I want to collect useful information for you.

Does the project have a preferred way to do Java profiling?  Tools, sampling preferences?  What data would be useful?  Any particular classes or methods that you're concerned about?  I can't find anything in the Java Developer's Guide.
