Yes, that's the event transition from the view to the next stage. I
assumed you were actually processing the form in some way and didn't
notice you weren't submitting everything that's inside it.

When there's no event signaled, SWF does something I think is broken, it
basically restarts the flow from the beginning, so that's why it triggers
the decode failure. I forgot about that, or I would have realized that's
what was causing it.
