Should I be expecting a resolution to this any time soon, or should I just go ahead and test with Basic auth instead? I'm presuming that would work even with POST for the AuthnRequest.
I don't want to be a bottleneck for others...

Sorry. I could've probably found that exception. I'll amp up the logging on those in the future if something strange is happening.
