RHEL 7 support in OBS

I note that https://build.opensuse.org news has:

	RHEL 7 added for x86_64 and ppc64

as of 1st July.

The CentOS people also seem to be on the brink of releasing CentOS 7; they have an "everything" ISO running about 7GB...
