v3 Status Handler CIDR ACL

In start.ini?  I don't think I have that in the distribution that I have.  I have:

[root at idp-load-1 jetty-base]# cat /opt/jetty/start.ini | grep jetty.host
#jetty.host=myhost.com<http://myhost.com>
[root at idp-load-1 jetty-base]# cat /opt/shibboleth-idp/jetty-base/start.ini | grep jetty.host
#jetty.host=myhost.com<http://myhost.com>

The latter works.
