So, I just did a quick test and at least for Eclipse purposes, removing
both idp-saml-api and opensaml-saml-api from the deps for resolver-api
didn't break it. I didn't run tests, but of course that would be a
test-only issue.

Perhaps the first step is to review and verify the deps actually used
right now.
