If you want your application to speak SAML, then you can do that. You
shouldn't, but you can. If you want to interface to these products in some
other way, then you can go ask the SSP list about their products, but
Shibboleth relies on APIs and various other semi- or well-documented
integration hooks to extend itself.

I literally do not understand what you're trying to ask. I'm not being
rude. I'm trying to help you, but you are not asking questions that make
any sense to me.

What is it that you want these two products to do together that doesn't
involve what their SAML capabilities do? I can only assume that you're
trying to make one of them do something they don't do out of the box and
getting lost.
