What is the usual identifier we use in the code for IdP and SP?

Good question. We're not really doing that great at rationalizing this so
far. The other uses generally are using relyingPartyId and
responderEntityId, I think, which is even goofier than what we had.
I don't know that I have exactly what you need in mind, but does
requester/responder work at all?
